We are looking for a well organised and reliable individual to join us full time as our clerical assistant. The role will include performing a variety of administrative tasks such as (but not limited to); assisting reception with taking phone calls, maintaining stationery supplies, hand delivery of post, banking, diary/appointment management, maintaining and updating the deeds, wills and archive storage system, filing, scanning and sending post as required. The individual must have good communication skills and be IT literate.
