Nia obtained a degree in accounting and finance at Aberystwyth University in 2009 and became a Bachelor of Laws after completing the Graduate Diploma in Law, and then the legal practice course, at the College of Law Chester in August 2011. Nia joined Masefield in August 2012 as a paralegal, moving to Ledbury from Shropshire. Nia qualified as a solicitor on 1st October 2015 and became a technician member (now referred to as an associate member) of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2017 to enhance her skills in the private client field.

Nia accepted associate member of the firm on 3rd April 2020 and became a member on 1st July 2020.

In her free time, Nia enjoys spending time with her family and her cats, archery and swimming.
