Melissa Greves is Property Solicitor who joined the Firm February 2024.

Melissa has over 14 years of experience as a solicitor but has worked in the legal field mainly in Conveyancing for over 24 years in Herefordshire and Shropshire.

In her free time Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and pets and taking her dogs on long country walks.

Work Areas: Melissa deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing which by nature of location includes rural and agricultural matters. These matters include Transfer Transfers of Parts, Building Plots, Plot Sales, Newbuilds, Shared Ownership, Leaseholds, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, Deeds of Easements and remortgages.
